Prigat gets half of QAB's investments

Quadrant Amroq Beverages (QAB) soft drinks producer has invested 4.5 million dollars in a new production line for Prigat juice at its Bucharest-based plant. This way, more than half of the investments announced for this year, namely eight million dollars, have already been earmarked. The new line produces non-carbonated, preservative-free beverages under the label Prigat.

"The natural choice without preservatives". "We've decided to make this investment because we've noticed the healthy consumption choice manifested globally is also present in Romania," stated QAB general manager, Florin Radulescu, who added that the price of products would not suffer significant modifications.

On the occasion of the launch of the new product range, in mid next week, the product will change both its label and design. Prigat last year held 37% of the non-carbonated soft drinks market, according to market research quoted by the company.
