Heineken Romania is up to 10,4% market share for the Super-Premium beer market, compared to 1,6% in previous year.
Ilco Kwast, Brand Manager Heineken Romania says that the sales are unexpected for the year 2004. Still, he explaines this succes through the passion that Heineken invests in its products and the good understanding of the local market.
Heineken is part of the Brau Union Group in Romania, together with brands like Silva, Gosser, Ciuc, Golden Brau, etc.
Heineken has reached 19,3 milion hectoliters annual worldwide in 2003, compared to 15 milions in 1998.
