The American Chamber of Commerce in Romania (AmCham Romania) has a new board of directors.
AmCham re-elected Roberto Musneci of GlaxoSmithKline as chairman and General Electric's representative Dan Ionescu as vice-president at the end of March.
ABN Amro bank chairman Henk Mulder was appointed second vice-president, while Vasile Iuga, representative of the audit company PricewaterhouseCoopers is AmCham's new treasurer.
Other members of the new board of directors are Hewlett Packard's Radu Enache, Microsoft Romania president Silviu Hotaran, Obie Moore from law firm Salans, Citibank bank head Witold Zielinski and Rompetrol representative Philip Stephenson.
