Hello,

This is the first blog of Business-Romania.blogspot.com.

For the first blog, I would like to draw attention on a very nasty accident that happened a few days ago in the Constanta harbour. A ucranian ship tried (and managed) to cause an accident with a Turkish ship, by deliberately not following the harbour's navigation instructions.
